“Test the orphans until they reach the age of marriage. Then if you perceive in them sound judgment, release their wealth to them. But do not consume it excessively and in haste, fearing they will grow up. Whoever (among guardians) is poor, let him take for himself (from the property) in moderation. And when you release their wealth to them, bring forth witnesses for them. And sufficient is Allah as an accountant (Hasib).”
